Salvador SeBasco has brought a new perspective on imagination itself to children of all ages. His endearing stories help us to realize that the value of imagination, in everyday life, is understated. Today, Salvador is one of the world's prolific authors, and respected critic, whose highly acclaimed new book The Boy, The King, and The Chihuahua, itself will expand communications and expand imagination between cultures. The book's broad appeal has led to it be offered also in Spanish under the title El Niño, El Rey, y La Chihuahua which was released in September 2006; includes an interactive section for teachers (also may be used by parents). The outcry from educators, wanting to use the books for character education, has been tremendous.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Salvador exhibited a slow nature about himself from an extremely early age, and was deemed "special" by many in his family, and was in such classes early on in school. The fact that he would uncannily know and be able to repeat much of what he saw around him plus offer insights then at his early age, his family knew there was something unique about how he used his imagination consistently time and time again.

Because no fuss was made over these early experiences, he maintained a diary of sorts which compiled over the years and tracked his philosophy on the experiences he now shares with us in his books. Since his slowness then early in life was so accepted in his family, it was easier for him to focus on aspects of life than those who were distracted and in the so called fast lane. His philosophy about not getting caught up in the fast paced distractions other children and adults did, allowed him to write about what he saw. His writings now amass over 6,000 pages and have been placed in a 60 book series gradually unveiled on this web site over time.

Those closest to him have made him aware that his life long calling is to teach people to use their imagination to bring them together with what they want out of life and what they want beyond life's purposes. That mission has been channeled into his work as an author & book critic and enables him to bring the value of imagination to others by teaching them how to use their imagination to reunite their ability to draw imagination out of themselves with there ability to draw imagination of others.

Salvador has since been recognized by the highest ranks of officials in several countries and reads his books to children of all ages, grown-ups, dignitaries in Governments, corporate professional groups, and throughout the world upon request. Recent appearances have included parades, concerts, being featured for corporate events, readings at schools & universities, and private readings and signings.

He has been a featured guest on television and radio talk shows. He is Literary Director, well respected Book Critic, and Host of THE INSIDE VIEWTM broadcast and on staff with CNN Affiliate Station KNLE (Candle 88).
